Nehemiah was raised in Glide, OR. He came to Corvallis as a freshman at Oregon State University. On his first week as a student, he got connected to Real Life. Throughout his time in college, Real Life strengthened his walk with the Lord and provided opportunities to serve. Nehemiah realized that he has a passion for discipling students, and recognized a calling to continue with college ministry after graduating. Now on staff as the men’s director for Real Life, he gets to disciple young men, coordinate small group Bible studies, oversee interns, and plan outreach events and retreats. Nehemiah is a big Star Wars fan, and loves collecting LEGO. He enjoys hiking forest trails and visiting the coast with his wife, Mchail, and their dog Marshall. His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:16: “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
