Iisa was born and raised in Warrenton - on the coast of Oregon. She grew up knowing and loving the Lord, and by the time she started college, God put a clear calling on her life to go to Calvary Corvallis and get plugged in with Real Life. During her first year, she lived at the House of Charis and started leading worship with Real Life and Calvary. During that year, she was blown away by the power and beauty of community, and the Lord captured her heart in new and fresh ways. She is confident that her time at Real Life completely changed her life. She was a worship intern with Real Life for two years, before transitioning to be a part of the staff team. She oversees all things worship and media, and has a deep passion to help others find true intimacy with Jesus through worship. Her heart is that Real Life would be a place where Jesus is truly high and lifted up, and constantly receiving a praise offering from people who are authentically loving Him! One of her favorite new passions in ministry is creating “campus interview” videos to spread the gospel on social media.

When not working with Real Life, Iisa is very passionate about classical music composition. Alongside music, she loves baking, reading, writing, finding the best coffee shops, rainy days spent at the beach, and thrifting. Her favorite passage in the Bible is Revelation 1:12-18.
